We proudly source locally in the UK and EU, using FSC-certified, vegan, natural, biodegradable, and recycled materials whenever possible. To further reduce waste, my print partners offer fabric remnants to crafters and DIY enthusiasts, giving new life to offcuts. Our commitment is to reduce landfill impact through responsible production while fostering eco-consciousness among our customers.

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery online.

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay. More details are available at checkout.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order has been put into production, it can no longer be cancelled.

Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within EU. International orders may take up to 10 business days, depending on the destination. Add 1-2 days production time.

If your order is delivered damaged, you can send us an email with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will then contact you to resend the order.

It is normal for the colour of the pattern to vary slightly as it was not printed at the same time. If there is a strong colour difference, please do not hesitate to contact us at shop@uniquecat.io and send images of the product.

Personalised products

If you would like to raise a concern within 14 days of receiving your order, please use our contact form and include your order number and a brief summary with images. Our dedicated team will get back to you within 12 working hours on average. Goods cannot be returned as they have been made to your specifications or personalised by you. We may consider other solutions at our discretion.

All wall art orders and textiles are produced in London UK. Some accessoires and stationary are produced in Latvia.
