1. What products does uniquecat offer?
We offer a curated selection of unique and high-quality home accessories. Our collection includes items such as decorative pillows, wall art, fabric and other stylish home decor pieces.
2. How can I place an order?
You can easily place an order through our online shop. Simply select the product you wish to purchase, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout process.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, and Klarna. More details are available at checkout.
4. How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within UK. EU orders may take up to 5-10 business days, depending on the destination.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery online.
6. Do you offer international shipping?
We ship europewide. Please note that additional shipping costs and customs fees may apply depending on the destination.
7. How can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form within 24 hrs. If the order has already been produced and shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
8. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing a photo of the damage and the packaging. We will offer you a return or replacement.
9. How can I return a product?
If you would like to raise a concern within 14 days of receiving your order, please use our contact form and include your order number and a brief summary with images of the product and packaging. Our dedicated team will get back to you within 12 working hours on average. We are unable to accept returns on items that are bespoke, personalised or made to specific measurements. This includes wallpaper (which is printed to order), fabric (which will have been cut specifically to your requirements) and all furniture (as these pieces are created specially for you). Please note that some products are made to order and unique, so we cannot accept returns. These goods cannot be returned as they have been made to your specifications or personalised by you. We may consider other solutions at our discretion.
10. I received my order and the color is different from the sample. Is that normal?
It is normal for the colour of the pattern to vary slightly as it was not printed at the same time. If there is a strong colour difference, please do not hesitate to contact us at shop@uniquecat.io and send images of the product.
