We ship Europewide but we plan to ship internationally in the future. Please note that additional shipping costs and customs fees may apply depending on the destination.

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24hrs via our contact form. If the order has already been produced and shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within Germany. EU orders may take up to 10 business days, depending on the destination.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the damage and packaging. We will offer you a return or replacement.

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery online.

Personalised products

If you would like to raise a concern within 14 days of receiving your order, please use our contact form and include your order number and a brief summary with images. Our dedicated team will get back to you within 12 working hours on average. We are unable to accept returns on items that are bespoke, personalised or made to specific measurements. This includes wallpaper (which is printed to order), fabric (which will have been cut specifically to your requirements) and all furniture (as these pieces are created specially for you). Please note that some products are made to order and unique, so we cannot accept returns. These goods cannot be returned as they have been made to your specifications or personalised by you. We may consider other solutions at our discretion.

Via MeinEinkauf.ch, private customers and companies with their place of residence or business in Switzerland (or Liechtenstein) can purchase goods from online retailers and have them sent to their address in Switzerland. As a customer of MeinEinkauf.ch, you will receive a free e-mail address for this purpose. If you use this address when ordering in the shop and purchase goods on account from MeinEinkauf GmbH (Germany), your purchase will be delivered directly to you in Switzerland, duty paid and taxed.

All wall art orders and textiles are produced in London UK. Some accessoires and stationary are produced in Latvia.

It is normal for the colour of the pattern to vary slightly as it was not printed at the same time. If there is a strong colour difference, please do not hesitate to contact us at shop@uniquecat.io and send images of the product.

To further reduce waste, my print partner offers fabric remnants to crafters and DIY enthusiasts, giving new life to offcuts. Our commitment is to reduce landfill impact through responsible production while fostering eco-consciousness among our customers. We favour fabrics that are made in the UK and the EU. This way we can support our local economy and reduce transport to minimise our carbon footprint. Every fabric comes from a different place.
