    How can I place an order?

    You can easily place an order through our online shop. Simply select the product you wish to purchase, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout process.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay. More details are available at checkout.

    How long does shipping take?

    Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within Germany. International orders may take up to 10 business days, depending on the destination. Add 1-2 days production time.

    What materials and colours do you use?

    At Uniquecats, sustainability is at the core of our operations. Our made-to-order approach ensures that we only produce items once an order is placed, eliminating excess stock and minimizing waste. We proudly source locally in the UK and EU, using FSC-certified, vegan, natural, biodegradable, and recycled materials whenever possible. To further reduce waste, my print partners offer fabric remnants to crafters and DIY enthusiasts, giving new life to offcuts. Our commitment is to reduce landfill impact through responsible production while fostering eco-consciousness among our customers.

    Can I track my order?

    Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery online.

    Do you offer international shipping?

    We ship Europewide. Please note that additional shipping costs and customs fees may apply depending on the destination.

    How can I cancel or change my order?

    You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order has been put into production, it can no longer be cancelled.

    I have received my order damaged, what should I do?

    If your order is delivered damaged, you can send us an email with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will then contact you to resend the order.

    I have received my order and the colour is different from the sample. Is that normal?

    It is normal for the colour of the pattern to vary slightly as it was not printed at the same time. If there is a strong colour difference, please do not hesitate to contact us at shop@uniquecat.io and send images of the product.

    What about returns and refunds?

    Personalised products

    If you would like to raise a concern within 14 days of receiving your order, please use our contact form and include your order number and a brief summary with images. Our dedicated team will get back to you within 12 working hours on average. Goods cannot be returned as they have been made to your specifications or personalised by you. We may consider other solutions at our discretion.

    In which country will my order be produced?

    All wall art orders and textiles are produced in London UK. Some accessoires and stationary are produced in Latvia.

    Can I order to Switzerland?

    Via MeinEinkauf.ch, private customers and companies with their place of residence or business in Switzerland (or Liechtenstein) can purchase goods from online retailers in Germany and have them sent to their address in Switzerland. As a customer of MeinEinkauf.ch, you will receive a free e-mail address for this purpose. If you use this address when ordering in the shop and purchase goods on account from MeinEinkauf GmbH (Germany), your purchase will be delivered directly to you in Switzerland, duty paid and taxed.
